I want you to leave every session feeling better than when you walked in. However, my priority is your overall health and achieving long-term results.
After an initial consult, an individualized therapeutic massage plan and/or fitness plan is formulated to address soft tissue limitations and facilitate recovery. In addition to manual manipulation of soft tissue, there is also the option addressing muscle weakness with a separate strength training regimen.
